MCDC ROTO:
The innovations applied to the new Roto range are also expressed in terms of safety with the introduction of the new evolution of the exclusive MCDC (Merlo Dynamic Load Control) system. This system allows you to collect different parameters submitted by the machine, analyse them in real time and create a load diagram that allows the operator, through the new LCD display, to understand the perimeter within which he/she can operate in maximum safety. This new technology analyses the load position, the angle and extension of the boom, the rotation of the turret and the carriage, the position of the stabilisers, the weight of the load lifted and the attachment in use (automatically recognised).Simpler and smarter
Simple and precise operations:
The entire range is equipped with hydrostatic transmission, which makes the work phases simpler and more precise. Moreover, the dry disc brakes limit the absorption of energy, thereby reducing the machine’s fuel consumption.
Reduced consumption;
The exclusive Eco Power Drive (EPD) technology automatically controls and adjusts the engine revolutions based on operating conditions. As a result, the engine speed is disconnected from the accelerator pedal. This technology achieves a reduction in fuel consumption of up to 18%.
